A few Key Accounts, or A customers represent up to 80% of your revenues. They are the most important asset for your company. They appreciate having one unique contact person to talk to: the Key Account Manager.
A Key Account Manager – KAM - is an experienced person, available, trustful, problem solver, able to negotiate contracts… This is a key role to manage the global relationship with an A customer.
Ideally, a KAM for French Key Customers will be able to speak French fluently. As a matter of fact, some contacts at A customers in France may not be totally fluent in English and feel uncomfortable when it comes to negotiation or crisis management.
